If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to start your return or refund.

Color Differences

Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your computer screen may be slightly different than the print you receive. We have test printed colors true to the artist’s specifications and cannot alter the original artwork. Refunds will not be allowed because of color differences.


If you prefer a refund, the amount paid for your item will be refunded to your original payment method. You will be required to pay shipping cost to return the original item. This return shipping cost is not refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 10 days.

After 30 days of receipt of your order, we are unable to process any returns.

The workmanship of your canvas is guaranteed for 1 year.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through the Contact Us Form.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are usually not refunded. Most all printed on canvas artwork are on sale items and cannot be refunded unless damaged in shipment. Please contact us through our Contact Us Form if this happens.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should use our Contact Us Form for return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your ruturned product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will contact you as soon as we receive the return and when we finish processing the refund.
